Try this twist on the classic gin-based cocktail using Simplicity Vodka instead!
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ ounces of Simplicity Potato Vodka
¾ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce sugar-free simple syrup
3 ounces champagne or Prosecco
Maraschino cherry for garnish
INTO THE GLASS
Place the vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake 15 seconds until cold. Strain the liquid into a champagne flute. Drop in Maraschino cherry for garnish.
