VAMPIRE'S KISS
While this cocktail is fun and delicious any time of year, it is particularly great to pull out for Halloween. If you attended our cocktail class last October, you will recognize this beauty.
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Simplicity Potato Vodka
1 oz Chambord
1/2 oz Unsweetened cranberry juice
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz grenadine
Granulated sugar and grenadine for a sugar rim (optional)
Dry ice (optional)
INTO THE GLASS
Add Simplicity Vodka, Chambord, unsweetened cranberry juice, lemon juice, and Grenadine into a shaker with ice. Shake until the shaker is cold to touch (20 sec). Strain and pour into a cocktail glass with sugared rim, and add ½ inch to 1 inch chuck on Dry Ice (optional).
