LIMONCELLO SPRITZ
The Limoncello Spritz offers up a sunny, bright cocktail for easy drinking by the pool on a hot day or made in bulk for a perfect summer dinner party pairing.
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz of Simplicity Limoncello
3 oz of Sparkling Water
Optional reduce Sparkling Water by 1 oz and replace with Processo/Sparkling Wine
Optional - Lemon wedge for garnish
Serve in a chilled glass
INTO THE GLASS
Pour 1.5 oz of Simplicity Limoncello into a chilled glass with ice. Add in your preferred brand of Sparkling Water and garnish with lemon wedge. If adding Sparkling Wine, pour 1 oz over sparkling water, then garnish.
